Dr. Van der Zandestraat 39, 7545 EH Enschede

Mid March / early April there will be a neat room on the first floor of +-10m2 available in my house. The room is adjacent to the hall where the kitchen and bathroom (new, 2021) can be found. I.v.m. work and sports, I have limited presence and you have besides the room also the house during the week mostly for yourself, including a lovely large garden that has just been repaved. The house is not shared with any other housemates besides myself and is clean and tidy.
