Hi there! We're renting out a few rooms in our spacious, modern family house on Kardemomweg in Leidsche Rijn, Utrecht. The house is bright, quiet and comfortable: a big living room with a dining table and doors to the garden, an open kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a home gym (yes, really) and a backyard for lazy summer evenings. Right now only one quiet gentleman of 80 lives in the house.
