This detached house is very close to Amsterdam. The house is for now shared with only one person who does not use the kitchen and is only home after work to sleep and shower. The end stop of tram 1 in Amsterdam West (Matterhorn) is 10 minutes walk and there also buses to Schiphol, etc at only 5 minutes walk. This house will be renovated in december 2026 (maybe a few months later, but that is not sure yet).
