I'm looking for a quiet and respectful housemate for my spacious 108 m² apartment on the 20th floor, directly opposite Maashaven metro station in Rotterdam. The location is very central and easy to reach: the metro and tram are literally around the corner. The building is partly a hotel and partly residential, with a neat and welcoming entrance. The apartment is in the upper residential part of the building and has a nice view. I'm continuously improving the apartment step by step.
