I am looking for a calm, neat and non smoking female student to replace me in my current appartment lease. You will share the appartment with one other (very nice) female student. The contract is a fixed-term agreement ending on 31-08-2027. The rent including all utilities is 1173€ and the security deposit is 1300€. The appartment is fully furnished and contains an induction hob, dishwasher, cooking ustensils, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dryer.
