From ~ October 1st, I am looking for a new flatmate in a spacious and bright flat on Toermalijnlaan in Utrecht (85 m² in total). You will have two rooms of 8.5 and 6.5 m². The flat also has an (almost) fully furnished and renovated living room of 25 m², a renovated bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice balcony.
