Vondelweg 95J, 3031 PV Rotterdam

From October 1th, I am looking for a new roommate for my house at Vondelweg 95J. I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex, a short distance from the center of Rotterdam. There is a spacious bedroom available (17 m2) and a living room, kitchen and bathroom that you will share with me. The rent is 950 euros including (gas, water, internet etc). Ideally, I am looking for a roommate who is preferably already working (or has almost graduated).
