To escape the winter blues, I will be working in a sunny location for almost three months. I am renting out my quiet apartment within cycling distance of Utrecht. I am leaving on January first and will be back on March 31 or April 1st. My preference is for one person. The rent includes water and internet, but excludes electricity and gas. Please note that if you work from home a lot, the electricity costs can amount to around 150-200 euros (monthly bill). No parties, this is a quiet building!
