The place was completely renovated last year and has a lovely 55m² private garden that’s accessible from the bedroom. The room: * ±11m² * Bed frame (with side shelf and drawers) and mattress, great condition, 1 year old, to be purchased from the previous tenant for €150 (negotiable) * No wardrobe, but the bed has storage underneath and there is a clothing rack.
