Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to take over my room from 1 October, as I'll be moving abroad. The room is part of a modern 85 m² apartment shared with only one other tenant, a working professional. The apartment is located in one of Amsterdam Noord's newest residential areas, just a 5-minute walk from Noord Station. The building was completed in November 2024, and we were the first tenants, so everything is still in excellent condition.
