I'm renting out the sunny spare room in my apartment with its own private balcony. The total private space is compact (~7 m²) but well laid out with a single bed, desk, wardrobe/storage, and direct access to the balcony. Furniture in the room is brand new. You'll share the spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and WC with me. The place is on a corner with lots of natural light, original stained-glass windows and wooden floors; a washer/dryer and dishwasher are included.
