My name is Martha, a 28-year-old woman looking for a new housemate from around October 10th. I have completed my studies in Applied Psychology at Leiden University of Applied Sciences and am currently working. I enjoy social activities like watching movies, going for walks, and having coffee, but I also appreciate my alone time. I lean more towards tomboy than girly and have interests in geeky and fantasy-related things. I lead a busy life with volunteer work at the lifeguard association and various hobbies such as gaming, baking, painting, digital drawing, and swimming. My current housemate is Leah, a 22-year-old woman from Ireland who has been studying for her Master's in European Law at Leiden University since September. She enjoys art and creative activities like drawing and watercolor painting, as well as romantic movies. For her thesis, she wants to write about rights and legislation surrounding the conflict between art and AI. We are both quiet, tidy, and independent, with experience studying/living abroad. I am Dutch but spent a year in the USA. Leah previously studied in Italy and Spain. We are both fluent in English. We are preferably looking for a female international student/professional as a housemate, ideally someone who is quiet and tidy. Personally, I am not really into clubbing (Leah goes occasionally), loud parties, or having lots of people over. Of course, having friends over from time to time is absolutely fine. I think it would be nice to cook together when it works out, but this is definitely not a requirement. Apart from the weekly cleaning chores, there are very few household responsibilities. The room will be available from the beginning of October, although I realize that is quite short notice. It is Room B (see floor plan). The room will be furnished with everything you can see in the photos. Room B was completely cleaned and repainted last December. Feel free to send me a message if you are interested!
