Relax with family and friends in our beautiful duplex in Amsterdam East. Just 1 minute from the tram stop that takes you to Amsterdam Central Station in 17 minutes, where all the main attractions are located. Our 100 m² duplex apartment has 2 bedrooms, a patio on the ground floor, and a balcony on the first floor; it accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 child (a cot can be provided). You will be surrounded by parks, canals, supermarkets, and a port full of restaurants. On the ground floor, you will find: - A fully furnished kitchen with all the appliances needed for your stay (oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, sandwich maker, and mixer) as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. - A living room with a couch, TV, coffee table, and a small workstation with a desk, chair, and a second screen. - A toilet with a basin. - The patio, from where you will enter the house, is fenced and has two seats and a coffee table, so you can enjoy warm and sunny days. Once you take the stairs up, you will reach our second floor: - On the right, you will find a balcony. - The second bedroom with a double bed and the cot if requested in advance, and a small cabinet. - The main bedroom with a king bed, two side tables with lamps, another workstation with a desk, chair, and a second screen, and a full closet. - A full bathroom with a double sink and a walk-in shower, with all the amenities needed for a wonderful shower. - A second toilet, which also has the washing machine. You will find everything necessary to arrange your laundry while you are in our home.
