Schieweg, Rotterdam

We, Rens and Luc, are looking for a new housemate (male, working, 23+) for our apartment on Schieweg in Rotterdam-North. You will have your own bedroom and a separate study with a desk. The apartment has plenty of natural light and large windows overlooking Schieweg. Additionally, there is a spacious, cozy living room and a dining area to share. The rent is €860 per month, all inclusive. Available from November 15, subletting or a fixed lease is negotiable. We are both 27 years old and have been working for a few years. At home, it’s relaxed; we occasionally eat together or have a beer, but everyone has their own rhythm. We are looking for someone who is tidy, easy-going, and enjoys having a beer from time to time.
