Our pension/guest house specializes in temporary accommodation rental only (not for long stays). Please only contact us if you are not yet living in Rotterdam and are looking for accommodation for a maximum of 6 months. This nice, furnished room is located on the 1st floor of a large house in the beautiful and safe neighborhood of Kralingen (eastern side of Rotterdam). The shower and toilet are shared with 2 other decent tenants. There is a kitchenette on the same floor, to be shared with 5 other tenants. Additionally, there is a large kitchen in the basement, shared with 14 housemates. The room and shared facilities are cleaned weekly by a cleaning lady. Extra: There is a washing machine (paid, with a coin machine) and a dryer (free) for shared use. Rotterdam-Kralingen is one of the most convenient and popular neighborhoods in Rotterdam. Our accommodations are easily accessible and within a short walking distance of Erasmus University, the local shopping street (Lusthofstraat), Kralingse Park, and public transport (tram, underground/metro ). Furthermore, it is only 10 minutes away from Rotterdam City Centre, Erasmus Medical Centre, and the highways A16 and A20.
