This 10 m² room features two folding doors leading to our garden. You will be living with three friendly guys, including a graduate in architecture and aerospace engineering. We enjoy doing things together, such as having drinks, cooking together, and regularly attending concerts and festivals. Our house has a spacious living room, shared kitchen, and bathroom. The rent is €450 per month, excluding utilities. We are within walking distance of the metro and a 15-minute bike ride from Rotterdam Central.
