The studio has laminate flooring, lighting fixtures, and double glazing, and is heated via central heating. There is a washing machine/dryer available for shared use in the common area. The surrounding area offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets, specialty stores, and cozy dining options. The center of The Hague is easily accessible by bike or public transport. This studio is only available for a student who is currently not registered in The Hague, with a maximum rental period of two years. The rent is exclusive of advance payments for gas, water, and electricity, as well as television and internet. A security deposit equal to two months' rent is required. Pets are not allowed.
