Everyone has their own private living space and personal life. This is not a student house, and there are no organised communal activities or house gatherings. We are looking for a reliable, independent and tidy tenant who deliberately chooses a quiet and stable living environment. The ideal candidate: - works full-time or has stable employment and is not a student; - is independent and has their personal affairs well organised; - treats the property with care and responsibility; - respects fellow tenants, neighbours and their privacy; - values peace and a pleasant living environment; - keeps the shared areas clean and tidy; - is willing to follow the household cleaning schedule and considers this a normal and fixed part of living in a shared property; - meets financial obligations on time; - is looking for accommodation for a longer period; - does not have pets; - chooses this property because of the way of living, and not solely because of its central location. Keeping the shared areas clean is a joint responsibility. Every resident is expected to carry out their assigned tasks according to the household cleaning schedule. This is not optional. The property is located in the historic centre of Utrecht. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, public transport and Utrecht Central Station are all within a short walking distance. There is no garden or balcony. Parking directly in front of the property is not possible due to the location, although short-term loading and unloading is possible. Registration at the address is permitted. The rent includes gas, water and electricity.
