This cozy house is shared by four people aged 21-29. A lovely 20m² room on the first floor becomes available on November 1st. The room consists of two adjacent spaces with a lockable hallway area in front, effectively giving you your own studio setup (the shower, two toilets, kitchen, etc., are shared elsewhere in the house). The neighborhood is quiet, and the house is located in a car-free area. It is an 8-minute bike ride to the train station and 5 minutes to the outdoor terraces in the town square. A Vomar local supermarket, where you can do all your grocery shopping, is just 100 meters away. Free parking is available if you have a car. Schagen is a one-hour train ride from Amsterdam. You share the eat-in kitchen, bathroom, shed/bicycle storage, and the front and back gardens. A washing machine and dryer are provided, as well as ample fridge and freezer space. Fiber-optic internet is included in the price, as are the advance payments for energy, taxes, waste disposal, etc. Your housemates work or study: two women around 26 years old and one man aged 30 (who is leaving at the end of November). This is not a party house, but a place where you can unwind after work or study for exams. Couples cannot live together in the room; overnight guests are allowed, but pets are not.
