There is also a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and 2 balconies. A storage room is available on the ground floor. The rent ranges from €600 to €650 excluding utilities, depending on the room. Registration is possible immediately. An application for a permit for a third resident is in progress and will be sought once a date is known. Bedroom 2 will be occupied by myself. I am looking for a housemate who is nearing the end of their studies (at least the final year of their bachelor's), who enjoys occasionally having meals together or doing activities, and who can maintain a relaxed living environment.
