The apartment features two bedrooms on the mezzanine, a spacious living room, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is equipped with a large cooking island, ample storage, a combi-oven/microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and induction cooktop. There is also a separate area with a washing machine connection. The Cohesion WEST507 is located in the Delfshaven district, just a 5-minute walk from Coolhaven metro station, and the city center is only a few minutes away. There is a tram stop right outside, and you can reach the highway by car in 5 minutes. Cycling to Historic Delfshaven or Het Park by the Euromast is also quick. In the center of the building, you will find the beautiful monumental Atrium, which was a factory 100 years ago. On the second floor, you will find the fully marble Julianazaal, your own co-working space for working, meeting, and brainstorming. After a hard day's work, you can exercise in the West507 Gym. This specific apartment is part of The Cohesion Co-living concept, where you experience not only the apartment but the entire living concept. The Cohesion Co-living accommodations provide a place of tranquility, as well as numerous communal spaces, facilities, and services. Each of our Co-living locations has its own unique character, and you quickly become part of the active and international The Cohesion family. Services included in this living concept and location consist of assistance from house management, TV/internet, painting, cleaning, and window washing of the communal areas. You can use package delivery services for your orders if you are not home, and a service plan is included for minor repairs. For security, we provide fire extinguishers, 24-hour service contracts for various installations, and security cameras in and around the common areas. Additionally, ventilation systems are cleaned and maintained, and we take care of greenery such as a rooftop garden. Finally, non-residential service costs include events/activities organized by The Cohesion, such as community gatherings, organized sports activities, or creative workshops. Each tenant pays monthly service costs in advance, and at the end of each calendar year, we provide a statement based on actual costs and your monthly advances. Excluded and to be arranged by the tenant are electricity, which can be arranged through our preferred partner, heating (mandatory through Eneco), water (mandatory through Evides), furniture rental through our preferred partner, and a security deposit through our preferred partner.
