This is an ideal living space for a quiet student, intern, or temporary worker. Please note: the room is only rented to a lady, as there is shared use of the bathroom and toilet. The room is situated in a private home and has an area of approximately 11 m². You will share the bathroom, equipped with a fixed shower and sink unit, with 1 other lady, as well as the kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator, combination microwave, induction plate, and Nespresso machine. Additionally, there is shared access to the toilet in the hallway on the ground floor and to the basement with a sink, washing machine, and dryer.
