We have a room available in our shared house for a new tenant (preferably female) as our beloved roommate is moving out. We start with a 6-month contract for safety, after which the duration is unlimited. Municipal registration is possible, and the landlord will sign your resident permission. Extra utility costs and tax are around 100 euros in total (split by person). The location is less than a 10-minute walk to bus stops, tram stations, supermarkets, and drug stores. A passport copy is needed for security. No smoking or parties are allowed. You'll have basic amenities, including bedding. The room is on the middle floor of a 3-story house, next to another girl's room. You'll share the house with 3 other roommates, all clean, organized, and friendly Japanese and German females in their 30s. We are active until midnight, so it's not suitable for early birds.
