We are looking for a tenant who feels comfortable living in a shared student house and treats the property, communal areas, and other residents with respect. The kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and other communal facilities are shared with the other residents. Internet (Wi-Fi) is available and included in the rent. The security deposit is €1,300. We are looking for a tidy and quiet student (male/female) who is seriously enrolled in an MBO, HBO, or university programme. Proof of enrolment at an educational institution is required. Smoking and pets are not permitted. We prefer a mature and responsible tenant who takes good care of the property, respects the other residents, and uses energy and shared facilities responsibly.
