This cozy and furnished studio is located on the first floor of a large house in the beautiful and safe neighborhood of Kralingen, on the eastern side of Rotterdam. The studio features a private toilet, shower, and kitchen. It is cleaned weekly by a cleaning lady. For shared use, there is a washing machine (paid, with a coin machine) and a dryer (free) available. Kralingen is one of the most popular and convenient neighborhoods in Rotterdam, within walking distance of Erasmus University, the local shopping street (Lusthofstraat), Kralingse Park, and public transport (tram, underground/metro Voorschoterlaan). Additionally, it is only 10 minutes away from Rotterdam City Centre, Erasmus Medical Centre, and the highways A16 and A20.
