Our pension/guest house specializes in temporary accommodation rental only (not for long stays). Please only contact us if you are not yet living in Rotterdam and are looking for accommodation for a maximum of 6 months. This nice, furnished room is located in the semi-basement of a large house and has a shared kitchen, toilet, and shower. The room is ideally situated in the beautiful and safe neighborhood of Kralingen (eastern side of Rotterdam). The shower and toilet are shared with 2 other decent tenants. There is a large kitchen in the basement, to be shared with 14 housemates. The room and shared facilities are cleaned weekly by a cleaning lady. Extra: There is a washing machine (paid, with a coin machine) and dryer (free) for shared use. Rotterdam-Kralingen is one of the most convenient and popular neighborhoods in Rotterdam. Our accommodations are easily accessible and within a short walking distance of Erasmus University, the local shopping street (Lusthofstraat), Kralingse Park, and public transport (tram, underground/metro ). Furthermore, it is only 10 minutes away from Rotterdam City Centre, Erasmus Medical Centre, and the highways A16 and A20.
