The room is available for temporary rental for a maximum of 6 months and is ideal for those who are not yet living in Rotterdam. The shower and toilet are shared with 2 other decent tenants. The room and shared facilities are cleaned weekly by a cleaning lady. There is a washing machine (paid, with a coin machine) and a dryer (free) for shared use. Kralingen is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Rotterdam, within walking distance of Erasmus University, the local shopping street (Lusthofstraat), Kralingse Park, and public transport (tram, underground/metro Voorschoterlaan). Additionally, it is only 10 minutes away from Rotterdam City Centre, Erasmus Medical Centre, and the A16 and A20 highways.
