The room is available immediately and is in principle available until the end of June 2027. A different rental period may also be discussed. The rent includes internet, gas and electricity (with normal usage), and water. The house has recently been almost completely renovated and is in very good condition. We preferably are looking for a quiet, working person who is generally out during the daytime and who is respectful towards the house and the other residents. Please note: registration at the address is not included for this price; we can have a look but preferably not.
