In the beautiful and safe neighborhood of Kralingen, on the eastern side of Rotterdam, we offer a nice furnished room with a private kitchenette. The room is located in the semi-basement of a large house and has a lower ceiling height than our other accommodations. The shower and toilet are shared with 2 other decent tenants. The shared facilities are cleaned weekly by a cleaning lady. This temporary accommodation is available only for a maximum of 6 months. There is a washing machine (paid, with a coin machine) and a dryer (free) for shared use. The location is ideal, within walking distance of Erasmus University, the local shopping street (Lusthofstraat), Kralingse Park, and public transport (tram, underground/metro Voorschoterlaan). Furthermore, it is only 10 minutes away from Rotterdam City Centre, Erasmus Medical Centre, and the A16 and A20 highways.
