The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for both short and extended stays, as well as a spacious luxury walk-in shower and a separate bedroom. Breeze Inn is an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. The apartment is accessed through a private entrance. From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the first floor, where the suite is located on the left-hand side. Completed in April 2026, the apartment is in pristine condition and features high-quality finishes with carefully selected materials throughout. For long stays, we provide weekly cleaning, fresh towels, and bed linen. At the end of the street, you will find two Donkey Republic bicycles available for rent through their mobile app. The kitchen is equipped with premium Siemens built-in appliances, including an induction cooktop with integrated extraction, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a combination microwave oven. The bathroom is stylish and modern, featuring a spacious walk-in shower and designer wash basin. The living room has a comfortable sofa facing a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and more. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and has a king-size bed of 180 cm x 200 cm. We maintain high cleaning standards, and the apartment undergoes a deep-cleaning process after each stay. The accommodation has been developed with sustainability in mind, featuring excellent insulation and an energy-efficient climate control system. Breeze Inn is within walking distance of the Leiden Bio Science Park and a short distance from the beaches of Katwijk and Noordwijk. The area offers a variety of restaurants and cultural attractions. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and can self check-in using a personal access code. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. We kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.
