Oude Rijksstraatweg, Doorn

Available: a lovely top-floor room in a detached house, situated in a quiet area right opposite a beautiful forest. The location is ideal: less than a 3-minute commute to TMO and very close to IVA. Additionally, a bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away. By bus, it takes 10-15 minutes to reach Driebergen Zeist station, from where it’s a 7-minute intercity train to Utrecht central. The room features a dormer window that lets in plenty of natural light. It comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and chair, plus dedicated closet space just outside the room. You will share the kitchen, shower, and two toilets with me. The initial contract is for 3 months, with a flexible 1-month notice period for both parties at any time. If we are both happy, we will continue for a year. I’m looking for someone who enjoys spending time alone, as I value my privacy. Of course, I am open to socializing, but I would appreciate it if you could eat and spend time in your room whenever possible.
