The room is available for temporary rental for a maximum of 6 months and is ideal for those who are not yet living in Rotterdam. The shower and toilet are shared with 2 other decent tenants, while there is a kitchenette on the same floor shared with 5 other residents. Additionally, there is a large kitchen in the basement to be shared with 14 housemates. The room and shared facilities are cleaned weekly by a cleaning lady. For added convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer available for shared use (paid, with a coin machine). Kralingen is one of the most popular and convenient neighborhoods in Rotterdam, within walking distance of Erasmus University, the local shopping street (Lusthofstraat), Kralingse Park, and public transport (tram, metro ). Furthermore, it is only 10 minutes away from Rotterdam City Centre, Erasmus Medical Centre, and the A16 and A20 highways.
