Argonautenrede, Zoetermeer

This insulated attic room features a large dormer window and a small second floor, located in a quiet residential neighborhood. This lovely corner house offers plenty of privacy and a pleasant living environment. The shared areas are fully furnished, allowing you to move in and feel at home right away. You only need to furnish your own bedroom to suit your preferences. We will discuss this together, and I can provide a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, or a cozy seating area, depending on your needs. An ideal place for someone who enjoys a peaceful living environment while still sharing a comfortable home. Please note: I do not share the living room or TV with you. However, you are welcome to use the dining table next to the kitchen to enjoy your meals. The house is centrally located, with excellent public transport connections to major cities. Utrecht, Rotterdam, Delft, The Hague, and Leiden are all easily accessible. Shops and supermarkets are just a 2-minute bike ride away. The house and your room are cleaned by a cleaner at no extra cost. A washing machine and tumble dryer are included. Free parking is available on the street. There is a lockable brick shed in the back garden for storing a bicycle or scooter. The neighborhood is very quiet in the Leyens residential area. Flexible rental period with no fixed end date. Just a 2-minute walk from Noord Aa recreational lake, which has several small beaches. Parties and living together as a couple are not permitted. You will be sharing the house with me, the landlord. I am a 63-year-old man and a lecturer in engineering at a university of applied sciences. I am looking for a tidy and quiet tenant. The bedroom size is 15 m². A wall-mounted ladder (see photo) provides access to a second level, which can be used for storage or potentially as an additional sleeping area. RandstadRail (light rail) and bus stops are just a 3-minute walk away. The nearest railway station is a 12-minute bike ride away.
