We live with five people in total: three guys on the second floor (one German, two Italians) and two girls on the first floor (you and one Dutch). We share the bathroom and toilet, but have one kitchen on each floor. There’s a friendly and respectful vibe in the house, and we have a cleaning schedule. Occasionally, we eat together for special occasions. There’s a nice, sunny balcony at the back of the house, and a shared bike shed. The room itself is very spacious and bright, and we can discuss the possibility of taking over some things (such as curtains and shelves). The moving-in date is around October 15, or a few days later, subject to discussion. Base rent: €350 (the landlord will probably increase this slightly). Utilities including internet: €70. Setup costs (share of: washing machine, dryer, and fridge/freezer): ~ €200. We’re looking for a new female roommate who is in the final phase of their studies.
