From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the first floor, where the suite is located on the left-hand side. Completed in April 2026, the apartment is in pristine condition and features high-quality finishes with carefully selected materials throughout. For long stays (21+ nights), we provide: * Fresh towels every Friday * Fresh bed linen every Friday * Optional additional cleaning service available every Friday. This ensures your accommodation remains comfortable and well-maintained throughout your stay. Business guests are encouraged to book in advance to secure availability. At the end of the street, you will find two Donkey Republic bicycles available for rent through their mobile app. The kitchen is equipped with premium Siemens built-in appliances, including: * Induction cooktop with integrated extraction * Dishwasher * Refrigerator * Combination microwave oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything required for cooking and dining, including: * Complete dinnerware set * White and red wine glasses * Two stainless steel cooking pots * Two frying pans * One saucepan. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee using the Dolce Gusto coffee machine, supplied with capsules including: * Lungo * Espresso * Dark Lungo. Milk powder and sugar are also provided. A kettle and a selection of teas are available, including: * Earl Grey * Rooibos * Various fruit infusions. Guests are welcome to use these items during their stay. The bathroom is a stylish and modern space finished with large-format tiles and a designer wash basin. The sliding door features a soft-close system. The spacious walk-in shower includes integrated dispensers with: * Dove body wash * Shampoo * Conditioner. A floor squeegee is also provided. The illuminated bathroom mirror is dimmable and heated, preventing condensation after showering. Hotel-quality bath linen is included: * Two bath towels * Two hand towels * Two washcloths. There are no shared spaces, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. The apartment is strictly non-smoking. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
