Koningskersstraat, Kerkdriel

Female roommate wanted for a quiet room in a detached new-build house. The room has its own kitchen and is located on the side of the house, separated by the hallway. From the room, you have a view of the garden, of which a small part is available for outdoor sitting. The bathroom and two toilets are shared with the landlord. I am a 35-year-old woman working from home, valuing peace and privacy, but I am open to friendly contact. The house is clean and tidy; I am looking for a neat, quiet roommate, preferably a student who goes home on weekends. The room is currently set up as an office, and we will discuss the furniture together. The kitchen is equipped with a hood and a cooking plate. Location: - Within cycling distance of Zaltbommel station - Within walking distance of the direct bus to Den Bosch - Cycling distance to Den Bosch - Good public transport connection to Utrecht - Free parking in front of the door. Registration at the address is possible. Much is negotiable in good consultation.
