Kwaadeindstraat, Tilburg

A nice room will be available in our house on Kwaadeindstraat from November 1st. You would become our third housemate, alongside Wouter (24) and Joppe (26). The house features a shared living room, kitchen, and modern bathroom with a bathtub. We have all the amenities you need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, sandwich maker, BBQ, and ironing board. The location is perfect, close to the city center, the station, and the university. We are looking for a student who is further along in their studies and enjoys occasionally cooking or exercising together, but also values their independence. The room is 12 m² and costs €460 per month, excluding utilities, with a one-time deposit of €350. If you're interested, send a message with some information about yourself!
