The room is 45 m², has plenty of closet space, and a basic kitchenette with several electrical appliances (stove, hood, refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, sandwich maker, basic espresso machine, Braun mixer), and a shared bathroom. Access to the top floor is via a shared hallway, with your own private door to the stairs leading up to the room. I am looking for someone who treats people and things around them with respect and care, and who takes into account that the room is part of a family home with young children.
