Welcome to The Cohesion Lighthouse in Eindhoven. The Type F apartment is a one-bedroom apartment located on the 13th floor within the Cohesion Lighthouse. This apartment features a separate bedroom, bathroom, toilet, and a living room with a complete kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, ceramic cooking stove, and a combi oven. The Cohesion Lighthouse consists of 333 Urban co-living apartments in the Strijp-S district of Eindhoven, a unique area where you feel comfortable and inspired. The area is bustling with new initiatives and has plenty to offer, from funky restaurants to several art galleries. Moreover, within Strijp-S, you can feel the history, as Philips was located here, and you will find industrial touches from that time throughout the area. The Cohesion Lighthouse is only a 20-minute walk from the city center of Eindhoven, and the Strijp-S train station is just a few minutes away. This particular apartment is situated within The Cohesion Co-living concept, where you experience not only the apartment but the full living concept. The Cohesion Co-living accommodations offer you a place of retreat as well as plenty of common rooms, facilities, and services. Each of our Co-living locations boasts its own unique character. No one is alone for long with us – you quickly become part of the active and international Cohesion family. Services included in this living concept and location include assistance from the house management (community manager), and we take care of heating, electricity, water, TV/internet (signal supply), furnishing, painting, cleaning, and glass washing of the communal area so that our tenants can make optimal use of it. Additionally, the apartments are delivered with sun-blocking and fire-safe curtains. You can use the parcel delivery service for your ordered packages if you are not at home, and a service plan is included for minor repairs. In terms of security, we ensure that there are fire extinguishers, 24-hour service contracts for various installations, and security cameras in and around the general areas. Furthermore, the ventilation systems are cleaned and maintained, and we take care of greenery and pest control if required. Finally, the non-residential service costs include events/activities organized by The Cohesion, such as community drinks, organized sports activities, or creative workshops. Each tenant pays service costs in advance on a monthly basis. After each calendar year, we will prepare a service cost settlement based on the actual costs incurred and your monthly advances. The service costs consist of different components and services that will be reflected in your annual statement. Each year, you will receive your service costs settlement for the last year before July 1st of the next year. Excluded and to be arranged by yourself as a tenant are: electricity, which can be arranged via our preferred partner; water, mandatory to be arranged via Brabant Water; heating, mandatory to be arranged via Ennatuurlijk; internet for the apartment, to be arranged via KPN or Ziggo; furniture, which can be leased via our preferred partner; deposit, which can be guaranteed via our preferred partner; parking spots can be rented via Mobility-S.
