The open kitchen features a balcony on the west side, while the modest bedroom is at the back and the guest room is at the front of the house. The apartment is decorated with antique furniture purchased from the Amsterdam auction house De Zwaan. It is clean, cozy, and comfortable, but not suitable for party-goers as the walls are thin. Noise should be kept inside and not too loud, especially on the balcony. Please note: there are steep stairs to the apartment, which is not practical with a baby. The rental contract is a standard Dutch rental contract (model B) with a diplomatic clause (model C). The minimum rental period is 6 months, with monthly prices ranging from €5000 for 1 month to €3500 for 12 months.
