We offer a student room on the 1st floor with a view of the garden in a quiet neighborhood. This room is part of a house with a total of four rooms, where you share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and washing machine with one other resident. The property is centrally located, within walking distance of various shopping streets such as Nieuwe Binnenweg, where you can find cozy bars, supermarkets, and other shops. Public transport is excellent, with bus lines 32 and 44 right outside, tram lines 4, 21, and 23, and Coolhaven metro station nearby. The city center and Central Station are just a 10-minute bike ride away. The house is equipped with a central heating system and double glazing for added comfort. The rent is based on the points system. Please note: this room is exclusively available for students. You must vacate the property upon completion of your studies due to the licensing conditions for student room rentals.
