Mulderij, Alkmaar

From October 16th, I am looking for a tenant for this room of approximately m² on the first floor of this beautiful house. The room features a neat laminate floor, an insulated glass window with curtains, and a TV connection. High-speed wireless internet is also available. You will share the house with 4 friendly working and/or studying housemates. The living room has a spacious seating area with a TV. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, and a bathroom with a second toilet. At the rear of the house, there is a large garden with a shed for bicycles. Registration with the municipality is possible. Are you spontaneous, tidy, speak Dutch, and are between 20 and 30 years old? Do you want to live in a friendly environment close to Alkmaar Noord train station and just 10 minutes by bike from the center of Alkmaar? Then send an email telling a bit about yourself or call for an appointment!
