This light and sunny apartment is fully furnished with a classic and cozy style. The east-facing living room has a small balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the rising sun. On the back side, you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Located in a lively and popular street where neighbors, shop owners, and restaurant owners know each other well. The open-plan kitchen features a balcony on the west side, while the modest bedroom is at the back and the guest room is at the front of the house. The apartment is furnished with antique pieces purchased from Veilinghuis De Zwaan in Amsterdam. It is clean, cozy, and comfortable, but not perfect. This is not a place for partygoers; the walls are thin, and it's important to be considerate of the neighbors, especially after 10 PM. Music can be played, but not too loud and preferably inside rather than on the balcony. Please handle my antique furniture with care, as I normally live here myself. The accessories are mostly from Argentina. There is a sofa bed that can be converted from 80 to 160 cm, but the mattresses are thin (7 or 14 cm) and not ideal for long-term use. Note: there are steep stairs to the apartment, which is not practical with a baby.
