Spechtstraat, Badhoevedorp

This beautiful terraced house in the pleasant Badhoevedorp is available for a housing exchange; you must have a rental property to be able to exchange. The ground floor features a living room, toilet, and open kitchen. Recently, the lower floor and stairs have been renovated. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, including 1 large one. The attic has been converted into a fourth bedroom. Additionally, there are two sheds and a spacious front and back garden. The neighborhood is quiet and green, with friendly neighbors. I am only looking in Amsterdam Nieuw-Sloten.
