This delightful home with a west-facing balcony is available for a housing swap; you must have a rental property to exchange with this one. The view is stunning, surrounded by forest, with hardly any sight of the industrial area below. The wide balconies provide ample space to sit comfortably side by side. For the afternoon and evening sun, electric awnings have been installed across the entire width, maintained annually by a certified installer. The home includes a dishwasher, induction cooktop, and oven, which have been installed at my own expense, as the landlord does not provide these. In 2021, the entire property was made more sustainable, ensuring good insulation and high-quality windows. The bathroom also accommodates a washing machine and possibly a dryer, which cannot run simultaneously on the same electrical circuit. There is a central ventilation system, and this year, a new, seamless high-quality laminate floor was laid in the living-dining room and hallway. The hot water supply is centrally managed by the landlord, currently using natural gas, but it is expected to switch to aquathermal (heat recovery from the nearby wastewater treatment plant) in the near future.
