Velperweg 49, Arnhem

Just graduated or moving out for the first time? House of Arnhem is the perfect place for you! Here you can rent your own tiny house in a residential complex that offers more than just your front door. You share communal spaces on the ground floor, such as workspaces, a shared living room, meeting spaces, and a coffee bar. This provides you with much more than just a home. The building is designed to create an affordable and high-quality living experience, despite the smaller living space. This fosters an environment where people not only live next to each other but also meet, collaborate, and help one another. In the lobby, you can finish up some work, invite friends over, or host a gathering together. The studio features an open layout with a kitchen equipped with various built-in appliances, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Please note: the photos used are not of this specific unit but serve as an impression. The service costs are 35 euros and are non-recoverable.
