I am looking for a reliable, quiet, and tidy female tenant aged between 30 and 55, who doesn't mind sharing the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking or drugs allowed. I am a calm, cheerful 50-year-old woman working in the cultural sector and as a visual artist. I enjoy art, traveling, and good food. I also have a cat, Otje, for those with allergies.
