A room will soon be available in our cozy student house as one of our housemates is leaving. We are a mixed house with 4 ladies and 7 gentlemen of various ages. Besides our studies, many of us are active in sports and student associations like Taste, EUROS, DHC, TARTAROS, and the gym. We also enjoy exercising together, whether it's a run or a game of soccer. We have dinner together almost every day, with a schedule on weekdays and a more casual approach on weekends. After dinner, we often play card games like Durak or Dalmuti, accompanied by coffee or tea from our tea wall. Every Wednesday, everyone does their chores to keep the house livable. We sometimes watch a movie or series on the projector with housemates. Each spring, we organize a Flat Party, inviting around 100 guests, and we celebrate Sinterklaas, hold house warmings, and prepare a Christmas dinner. Additionally, we have regular house activities like our annual House Weekend and House Vacation. We enjoy a beer, wine, or pizza in the evenings, and every other week we have a house night on Monday with a fun program. During the day, there's always music playing in the living room, and housemates can be found for games, coffee, or tea. As for the amenities, we have 2 showers, 2 toilets, 2 washing machines, 1 dryer, 3 refrigerators (including 1 for beer), 1 dartboard, 1 projector, and many other household appliances like sandwich makers and coffee machines. In short, it's the ideal house for your student years!
