Nieuweweg, Wijchen

For rent: a beautiful spacious room in a detached house, located just 5 minutes by bike from the center and the station. The room features your own spacious roof terrace of 25 m² and a bathroom with shower and sink. You will live with a friendly woman (42) and her two sweet children (5 and 8 years old). There are also two adorable cats walking around. It is important that you get along well, as we lead our own lives and privacy matters. There is a preference for placing a kitchenette in the room. The rental term starts with 3 months to see how it goes for both parties, but extension could possibly be optional.
