Esstraat, Enschede

A room will be available in our house in the east of Enschede from November 1st, located less than a kilometer from the city center. We are a house with three guys (18, 22, and 22) looking for a new housemate aged between 17 and 25, regardless of gender, who is in their first or second year of study. Someone in a gap year is also welcome, but please explain your situation in your message. We are looking for someone who can stay for at least 12 months. The room is 12 m² and is located on the upper floor of our semi-detached house, which has a small garden, shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The rent is €530,- inclusive. It is a furnished room, meaning it has a laminate floor and curtains, but is offered without furniture. We are a relatively quiet house, but we enjoy doing things together, such as having dinner together regularly and hosting a game night with drinks. House parties happen occasionally, but nothing is mandatory! Feel free to retreat to your room to study or do your own thing. The supermarket is within walking distance, and cycling to Saxion and the university takes only 7 and 17 minutes, respectively. We look forward to your message!
